John has been painting and drawing ever since he could hold a brush or pencil and has gone on to study art at a number of colleges. In the past few years he has taken a number of commissions and is quickly gaining a reputation for his abstract style. Mainly working in acrylic and water based mediums he will occasionally mix it up using letraset and inks.
John describes his works:
"I am inspired by my surroundings, experience and overall feelings. I use this in my artwork to create a fresh & modern feel. My drawings are highly detailed and I prefer to use pen and ink to create crisp graphical work,
which stands out but also requires a closer look, my drawings have a
complicated look to them but a crisp clean finish, I draw to express my moods and experiences."
